The accommodation offers THREE bedrooms all with TVs: 1 double with en-suite shower room and WC, 1 twin bedroom, and 1 twin bedroom downstairs with doors opening into lounge area. Family bathroom with shower over and WC. Kitchen/diner with cooker, microwave and fridge/freezer. Utility room with washing machine. Tumble dryer available in the cottage next door (small charge payable). Lounge with TV, DVD and hi-fi. Free use of swimming pool, fishing lakes and adventure playground. Snooker, squash courts and indoor play area at an additional charge. Working farm close by which clients are welcome to tour. Ample parking. Bed linen, electric, towels and central heating included. Regret no pets. No smoking inside the property. Pub and restaurants all on site, shops 2 miles.
